Welcome to Zingx Home Candy Store

Zingx Home began as a small family kitchen experiment with sugar, fruit syrup and a stubborn dream to make people smile. Today our shelves hold more than forty kinds of sweets, each made in small batches so the texture stays soft, the colors stay bright and the flavor stays honest.

We believe candy should feel like a celebration, not just a snack. That is why we rotate our selection with the seasons, source ingredients from trusted growers and never rush the slow boil that gives hard candy its glassy shine. Whether you are hunting for sour gummy worms, smooth chocolate truffles or a nostalgic licorice twist, you will find a corner of the store that feels like it was made for you.

Every visitor is greeted by the warm smell of melting sugar and the gentle rattle of jars being filled. Our team is always happy to talk through flavors, explain how each candy is made and help you build a mixed bag that tells your own little story.

Our Candy Categories

From chewy to crunchy, sour to smooth, here is a guided tour of the sweet families you will find on our shelves. Each category is made with care and rotated with the seasons.

Colorful gummy bears on a pink surface

Gummy & Chewy

Bouncy bears, sour worms, squishy rings and fruit slices that bend before they bite back. Our gummies are cooked low and slow so the chew stays tender instead of tough.

Chewy Family
Elegant white chocolate truffles with rose petals

Chocolate Truffles

Hand-rolled truffles with silky ganache centers, dusted with cocoa, chopped nuts or a whisper of sea salt. Each batch is tempered by hand so the snap is clean and the melt is slow.

Smooth & Rich

Hard & Boiled Sweets

Glassy lozenges, striped barleys and fruit drops that last and last. We pull the sugar to just the right temperature so each piece is clear, bright and never sticky on the teeth.

Long-Lasting

Cotton Candy

Spun fresh into fluffy clouds of strawberry, blue raspberry and vanilla. Our cotton candy is twirled onto sticks the old-fashioned way so it melts the moment it touches your tongue.

Fluffy & Fun

Jelly Beans

Forty flavors from toasted coconut to sour watermelon, each with a glossy shell and a tender center. We tumble them until they shine and sort them by mood as much as by color.

Pocket Sized
Colorful sweet marmalade treats in different tastes

Marmalade & Jellies

Soft jellied squares bursting with citrus peel and orchard fruit. A nod to old confectionery traditions where the fruit does the talking and the sugar simply listens.

Licorice & Twists

Salty, sweet and everything between. Our licorice comes in soft ropes, hard coils and fruit-filled centers for those who love a candy with a backbone.

Bold Taste

Marshmallows

Pillowy vanilla and toasted-coconut puffs that toast golden over a flame or float in hot cocoa. Light as air and twice as cheerful.

Soft & Toasty

Gummy Lane — Where the Chew Lives

Gummy Lane is the busiest corner of Zingx Home, and it is easy to see why. Here you will find gummy bears in every shade, sour worms that pucker your cheeks, peach rings with a sugar crust and cola bottles that fizz on the tongue. Every batch starts as a warm fruit syrup poured into molds the shape of bears, worms, bottles and hearts.

What makes our gummies different is patience. We let them rest overnight so the texture sets gently, never rubbery. The result is a chew that gives way slowly and releases flavor in waves rather than all at once. Kids love the colors, grown-ups love the nostalgia and everyone loves the way a single bear can turn an ordinary afternoon into a small celebration.

Ask any team member and they will tell you the same thing — the sour worms outsell everything else on a rainy day, while the peach rings win on sunny ones. There is no wrong way to wander Gummy Lane.

The Chocolate Vault

Behind a glass case in the back of the store sits the Chocolate Vault, our quiet corner dedicated to truffles and dipped treats. Each truffle is rolled by hand, dipped in tempered chocolate and finished with a signature swirl so you always know which flavor waits inside. We keep the vault cool and the lights low so the chocolate stays glossy and the centers stay silky.

Flavors rotate with the calendar. In autumn you will find hazelnut praline and spiced cocoa; in summer, bright raspberry ganache and lemon-white chocolate. Every piece is small enough for two bites, which is exactly how the makers intended it — one to taste, one to savor.

The Vault is also where we teach our weekend dipping workshops. Visitors learn to temper a small bowl of chocolate, choose their own toppings and leave with a box they decorated themselves. It is messy, joyful and the reason many of our regulars first became friends with the store.

Hard Candy Workshop

The hard candy bench is the warmest spot in the store, and on most mornings you can watch sugar being pulled, folded and cut into glowing lozenges. Our boiled sweets are cooked to a precise temperature that gives them a clear, gemlike look and a long, slow dissolve. Nothing here is rushed, because the only way to get that brilliant shine is to let the syrup do its work.

You will find striped barley sugars, fruit drops with real juice, honey-and-lemon lozenges and old-fashioned sour balls. Each one is a tiny time machine — the kind of candy your grandmother might have kept in a tin by the armchair, the kind that asks nothing of you except to be patient and enjoyed.

We label every jar with the flavor and the day it was made, because freshness matters even in candy that lasts. If a batch does not pass our clarity test, it never reaches the shelf. That is a promise we have kept since the very first pot we boiled.

Cotton Clouds Corner

Cotton Clouds is the part of Zingx Home that always draws a crowd, mostly because the machine never stops spinning. We spin sugar into clouds of strawberry, blue raspberry, vanilla and grape, twirling each one onto a paper stick until it is the size of a small planet. It is impossible to eat one without smiling, which is rather the point.

Because cotton candy is best the moment it is made, we spin it fresh all day long. On weekends you will see a line of small faces pressed against the glass, watching the floss rise like magic from a spinning bowl. It is the simplest candy we make and somehow the most memorable.

We also pack clouds into sealed tubs for taking home, where they keep their fluff for a day or two. A tub of blue raspberry on a quiet evening is one of life's small, perfectly good decisions.

The Jelly Bean Jar

The Jelly Bean Jar is our wall of wonder — forty flavors lined up in glass canisters, each one glowing like a tiny lantern. Toasted coconut sits beside sour watermelon, buttered popcorn next to green apple, and somewhere in the middle a mystery flavor waits to be guessed. You can mix and match by the scoop, building a bag that is entirely your own.

Every bean starts with a flavored center, gets eight thin layers of sugar shell and is tumbled until it shines. The process takes several days, which is why a perfect jelly bean is never an accident. The shell gives the crunch, the center gives the burst, and together they make the most pocket-friendly candy we know.

Our guess-the-flavor jar has become a small tradition. Drop your guess in the box and at the end of each month we draw a winner who takes home a full bag of the mystery bean. It is a tiny game, but it has made more than a few first-time visitors into regulars.

Behind the Counter

How Our Candy Is Made

From raw sugar to the bag in your hand, here is the journey every sweet takes through our kitchen. No shortcuts, no mystery ingredients.

1

Source

We start with cane sugar, real fruit purees and natural colorings from roots and flowers. No artificial dyes find their way into our pots.

2

Boil

Sugar and syrup are cooked to exact temperatures. Hard candy boils hotter for clarity; gummies boil gentler to keep the gelatin happy.

3

Shape

Hot candy is poured into starch molds, pulled by hand or spun into clouds. Each shape is chosen to match the way the flavor should release.

4

Rest

Candies rest overnight so textures settle. Gummies soften, hard candies harden fully, and truffles lose their gloss only to regain it when dipped.

5

Finish

A final sugar tumble, a dust of cocoa, a swirl of chocolate. This is where each candy gets the personality that makes it recognizable on the shelf.

6

Share

Candies are weighed into jars and bags, labeled with the day they were made, and placed on the shelf for you to discover. Fresh, never stale.

Our Journey

The Zingx Home Story

From a kitchen pot to a street-front store, here are the moments that shaped Zingx Home into the candy corner it is today.

1
2009

A Kitchen Pot and a Dream

It began with a single copper pot and a handwritten recipe for fruit drops. The founder boiled batch after batch in a home kitchen, handing samples to neighbors who kept coming back for more.

2
2011

The First Market Stall

A weekend stall at the local farmers market became the first public home of Zingx Home. A hand-painted sign, three jars of candy and a queue that surprised everyone, including the founder.

3
2014

Opening the Storefront

After three years of market weekends, the team signed the lease on a small corner shop. Shelves were built by hand, jars were donated by regulars, and the doors opened to a line that wrapped around the block.

4
2017

The Chocolate Vault Arrives

A tempering machine and a glass case turned the back corner into the Chocolate Vault. Truffles became the store's quiet signature, and weekend dipping workshops began that same autumn.

5
2020

Gummy Lane Expands

Demand for chewy sweets outgrew the original bench, so Gummy Lane doubled in size with new molds and a cooling room. The sour worms that started as an experiment became the best seller overnight.

6
2023

Cotton Clouds & Seasonal Calendar

A spinning station was added near the window so passers-by could watch cotton candy being made. The same year, a full seasonal calendar was introduced, rotating special batches four times a year.

7
Today

A Corner Full of Color

Zingx Home now holds more than forty candy types, a workshop program and a wall of jelly beans that still surprises first-time visitors. The copper pot from 2009 sits on a high shelf, polished and unused, a reminder of where it all began.

Candy Traditions Worth Keeping

At Zingx Home we keep the old ways alive. Sugar is boiled by hand, gummies are rested overnight, truffles are rolled one at a time and cotton candy is spun fresh while you watch. These traditions take longer, but they are the reason our candy tastes the way it does — honest, bright and made with care.

Frequently Asked Questions

A few of the questions we hear most often. Tap any question to see the answer.

Yes. The majority of our sweets are made in our kitchen behind the counter in small batches. A few specialty items, such as certain jelly beans, are sourced from trusted makers who follow the same standards we do. Everything is rotated regularly so nothing sits for long.

No. We use natural colorings drawn from roots, flowers and fruit. That is why some of our candies have softer, more honest tones than the neon shades you might see elsewhere. The flavor is never affected by the choice of color.

Absolutely. Most of our shelves are self-serve, so you can scoop a little of everything into a single bag. The team is always happy to suggest pairings if you cannot decide. Mixing is encouraged — it is half the fun.

Yes, we run weekend chocolate dipping workshops and occasional gummy-making sessions. Spaces are limited so it is best to call ahead and reserve a spot. They are hands-on, a little messy and a lot of fun for all ages.

Our store is family friendly and most of our range is enjoyed by all ages. For very young children we recommend the softer gummies and marshmallows. Our team can always point you toward the gentler options and answer any ingredient questions.

Hard candies and jelly beans keep for several weeks in a sealed container. Gummies and truffles are best within two weeks. Cotton candy is best enjoyed the day it is spun. We label every jar with the day it was made so you always know.
